In implementation of EU Directive 2017/1937, Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 was issued concerning ‘the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions’ . The Decree repeals the previous national regulations and brings together in a single regulatory text the protection regime for persons who report violations of EU and national provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity.
Who can report:
People who meet the Roberto Nuti Group working context may submit reports. Entitled persons, pursuant to the Decree, are:
- company staff
- consultants, freelancers, collaborators
- customers and suppliers
- shareholders
- volunteers and trainees
- persons with functions of administration, management, control, supervision or representation.
Who can be reported:
- violations of national laws (criminal, civil, administrative offences)
- violations of Model 231 and unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/01;
- offences falling within the scope of EU acts
- acts or omissions affecting the financial interests of the Union or affecting the internal market and impairing the free movement of goods, persons, services and capital
Reports that concern the personal interests of the reporter are excluded.
How to report:
Reporting may take place:
- in written form through the Whistleblowing portal. The whistleblowing report is concluded with the attribution, to the whistleblower, of an access code to be able to access the portal and check the status of his report.
- by means of a face-to-face meeting, at the request of the whistleblower, which should be addressed to odv@sabo.it.
All reports received will be handled in full compliance with the regulations on whistleblowing (Legislative Decree no. 24/2023) and personal data protection (EU Regulation 20126/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003).
